To Whom It May Concern:
Re: Titan Oil Recovery, Inc.

I was introduced to Titan Oil Recovery, Inc. and the Titan Process for enhanced oil recovery four years ago. I must admit that I was initially skeptical. The data have subsequently convinced me that the Titan opportunity is based upon an important discovery. The success that Titan has demonstrated in oil fields around the world is remarkable and is well-documented by the enthusiastic reports from Titan’s customers.

Titan’s management team is a high quality, experienced and very capable group of dedicated and ethical men with diverse technical and business backgrounds.

As a Titan Advisory Board member I have reviewed a considerable number of technical papers and actual customer oil field documents that have been provided to me. The results are conclusive: The Titan Process works with often major increases in production on oil fields with remarkable consistency. The data obtained from Titan’s customers and now available in public documents are impressive.

I am convinced that Titan’s breakthrough technology works and provides oil field owners with a relatively inexpensive option for recovery of oil trapped in their oil fields. I am particularly impressed with the results that Titan has achieved working extensively with Husky Energy, Canada’s second largest oil company.

I am sure that like all Titan’s investors, my motivation for investing in Titan twice over this four year period was based upon my desire to realize a handsome financial return. Obviously, I am looking forward to benefiting from my investments.

Although I am a strong and active supporter of renewable sources of energy, it is clear that oil and oil products will continue to play a key role in the energy landscape of our planet for years to come.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to participate in Titan, an innovative company with breakthrough oil recovery technology primed to increase oil production in fields around the world. I look forward to growth and success for Titan. The ability to extract a significant part of the trapped oil with a low-cost process will be increasingly important as the price of oil continues to rise in the years to come.

Sincerely yours,
